database is user friendly and the ability to save
search information by our file number is my favorite
feature. Lien searches are so much easier with your
ability to input up to 10 names. Training is a piece
of cake and because it is web-based all users can
access it from their desktops. This is by far the
best program out there!"

"Compared to the previous state lien website we
have used, IdahoLiens.com is head and shoulders
better. The feature I like is how easy it
is find liens and/or
releases/terminations/continuations. The previous site
I would have to go into every single record to see
the status on said record.
Another feature that is great is the fact that it
keeps a record of each file we searched. That way we
can search it once we open the order and on the day
the file records. That saves so much time when I date down.
